In order to make a few things clear about how your order will be processed, our postal charges and other queries, we have set out below a few FAQs which we hope will be useful :-
- For all UK orders I am currently suspending Postage & Packaging charges ~ just a a little thank you for shopping with Manou Bijoux.
- Europe / International Postage : We use Royal Mail "International Signed For" postage, which ensures that all items can be tracked and traced in transit from the UK, and then handed over to the desintation country's postal service as a priority item. This postal service also insures your item in case of damage during transit. Please note that a signature will be required to accept your package.
- If an item you have ordered is in stock we aim to mail it to you either on the same day or the following day at the latest, except during very busy holiday times. An email will be sent in order to confirm when your purchase has been mailed.
- If the item you have requested is currently out of stock we will email you with an estimated date of completion, together with a further email as above to confirm that it has been mailed to you.
- All items are sold in £s Sterling. Should you be using a credit card other than in £s Sterling the final charge, including postage, will be converted by your card provider to your own currency using the most up-to-date exchange rate. For your ease of reference please click on the link to take you to such an exchange rate converter.
- At the current time we process all orders using PayPal Express Checkout. This will enable you to proceed to the checkout stage using data that has already been stored with PayPal and your order will be processed within a few seconds. You will also be safe in the knowledge that PayPal offers one of the most secure payment platforms in the world.

- We can also accept payment by cheque. Your item will be mailed to you once your cheque has been cleared. Please contact us for further details.
- In the event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item, please ensure that you return it in the same state in which it was mailed to you.
- Unfortunately we are unable to accept any refunds for earrings for pierced ears, for reasons of hygiene.
- Please contact us by telephone or email to notify us that you wish to return an item, and then please mail it back to us within 7 days of notification. We will refund you the full purchase price of the item, including postal charges.
